After the defeat of the Dark Lord, the view between pureblooded wizards and muggles has changed slightly. Pure blooded wizards have become more tolerant to the nonmagical beings for this generation. The same concept doesn't come to terms with all wizards unfortunately.
Mika is like your typical pregeneration Dark Lord minion pure blooded witch. She was raised in a pureblooded family with pure blooded traditions of wizard superiority. Very traditional family. As she was brought up, both of her parents, which were Slytherin students of Hogwarts, taught thier daughter the art of deception. Thier lesson? "Anything is obtainable as long as you know how to get what you want any way you can." Thier daughter grew up to be the loving snake she is today. In a nutshell, Mika is one cunning, witty, smart, charming, sadistic, and decietful girl. But she's mastered the art of hiding her intentions, so you could look at her as the wolf in the sheep's skin.
