Homework - Lesson One[/u] What type of clock did I mention, that uses "C" Batteries?: The batter powered Old fashioned clock How tall can the Grandfather clock get?: The Grandfather clock can be 6-8ft tall. What type of clock can be used at Hogwarts?: The wind-up clock. Name at least two things the digital alarm clock is different then the others mentioned: Unlike other clocks, it is digital and easier to read. It also does need run off of batteries or a wind-up. What is another name for the Grandfather clock?: The Grandfather clock can also be called a Granddaughter or Grandmother clock. What do you plug the digital clock into to make it work?: For it to work, the digital clock must be plugged into an outlet. When and by who, was the Grandfather clock made?: The clock was made by William Clement during the 1670's. How tall does the longcase clock have to be to be called a grandmother clock?: It has to be over 5 ft but no more than 6 ft.
