Welcome class to the first lesson in Charms. Today we will have a short lesson, and then we will do a worksheet. It will be easy if you pay attention to the lecture.
First, we will start with a simple spell. Accio, this is also known as the summoning charm. Accio makes objects fly straight to you, after you say the spell.
Another simple charm is Alohomora. This is your basic spell for opening a locked door, or even a locked window.
Diffindo is latin for "i split", this spell causes things to separate.
Since this is the first lesson, I don't want to go over too much, so we are going to talk about one more important charm.
Expelliarmus! This spell is used to disarm and opponent.
Now the worksheet is going to cover everything that we went over in class, plus some more. To figure out the answers to the other questions please visit the library and read through The Standard Books of Spells.
