Well, I know who died.
List of known Deaths

Fred Weasley Presumably Augustus Rookwood (Percy Weasley seeks to avenge his dead brother by duelling him). Explosion caused by unknown spell (possibly Expulso)

Nymphadora Tonks Bellatrix Lestrange[5] Duel
Colin Creevey Unknown Unknown
Severus Snape Nagini Snakebite
Bellatrix Lestrange Molly Weasley Duel
Lord Voldemort Harry Potter/Himself Harry's mastery of the Elder Wand, the destruction of Voldemort's Horcruxes, and his own rebounding Killing Curse, killing him once and for all.
* It is likely there were other deaths not mentioned in the book. All Death Eaters were defeated; whether they were all killed is unknown, but those who survived most likely went to Azkaban.
